Our Sessions

All our sessions are 45 minutes. Our Yr 1 – Yr 6 sessions have structured coaching for 45 minutes. You can find out more about how our sessions run here.

Mighty Basketball aims to teach children so much more than sporting ability. Whilst the physical element of our sessions will certainly improve agility, hand-eye coordination, and overall fitness, we’re incredibly proud of the fact that Mighty Basketballers also develop a wide range of personal and social skills throughout their time with us. From team-work, confidence and ambition, to self-worth, happiness and a genuine sense of achievement, the lessons your children learn will extend far beyond the court. Read our Mighty Manifesto for more information about our ethos.

We run sessions across the Hertfordshire with plans to reach more areas . You can find a full list of our current and forthcoming locations here.

We recommend active wear in layers, sports trainers are essential and bring plenty of water.

As with all basketball, players should have hair tied back, no long nails and no jewellery at all including watches/fitbits. If stud earrings cannot be removed, they must be taped.
